Prada and Miu Miu Redesign Program

As project managers for Prada and Miu Miu, we oversaw the simultaneous development of eight stores across the United States and Canada as part of their Redesign Program.

Over one year, we provided project oversight services for Prada’s stores in Chicago, Manhasset, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Soho and 57th St in New York. This process involved managing a consistent project team across all locations and maintaining a synchronized schedule to ensure that all stores were opened to the public according to Prada’s desired schedule and priorities.
