Marketing Manager

DBI Projects is looking to bring on a Marketing Manager to support the company’s ongoing growth and expansion into new markets. A successful Marketing Manager will be an effective project manager in addition to a creative storyteller.

What You’ll Do
  • Marketing Material Development: Develop new and compelling proposals, presentations, team bios, resumes, website updates, announcements, social media content, and other digital and print marketing content. Develop this content, manage the process of gaining requisite feedback and approvals, and ensure its timely dissemination.
  • Brand Management: Identify, evaluate, and present opportunities to advance DBI’s brand and position in the market.
  • Strategic Planning: In collaboration with firm leadership, develop and oversee the execution of a compelling marketing strategy across various internal and external-facing materials. Establish and maintain a timely content calendar for the production and publication of materials.
  • Website Management: Regularly update and maintain DBI’s WordPress-based website.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-7 years of experience marketing in the AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) or real estate industries.
