ZARA – Hudson Yards

DBI Projects successfully completed the relocation and expansion of ZARA’s store in Manhattan’s iconic Hudson Yards shopping center. Our dedicated retail team worked closely with ZARA’s leadership team, along with the design team and the project’s construction manager Schimenti Construction Company, to execute the client’s bold vision. DBI collaborated with Related Companies, the building owner, to ensure that progress milestones were completed on-time, and that all parties were in alignment on critical decisions.
