The fast growing haircare company engaged DBI Projects to manage their relocation into a new modern headquarters space in Williamsburg.
The new space includes a photo studio lab, product testing spaces, open office spaces, collaboration spaces, conference rooms, suites, and features a modern design that melds the industrial space with the soft palette of the brand.
DBI Projects supported the client throughout the lease negotiation process and advised Amika on the finalization of the work letter, including oversight of the landlord’s work to ensure the space was delivered according to the agreed upon design and construction standards. We were also responsible for overseeing the planning, pre-construction, and construction phases, ensuring that the project goals, budget, and timelines were met while coordinating with all stakeholders involved. Due to our proactive budget management, we were able to save the client millions.
