Cutting the Ribbon for Pace University’s New 27-Storey Tower in Lower Manhattan

October 13, 2023

Congratulations to Pace University on the official opening of 15 Beekman, their new student-centered academic and residential tower in lower Manhattan!

We appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed joining all of our collaborators yesterday to celebrate and give tours of the University’s first new ground-up academic building on its Lower Manhattan campus.

Over 27 floors, 15 Beekman provides the University with over 200,000-sf of classrooms, administrative and faculty offices, common spaces, suite-style dormitory rooms, a dining facility, a library and learning center, and the three-floor Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems. It is the latest major capital project on the campus as part of the University’s overall master plan and sets the stage for the University to commence its next major capital project at 1 Pace Plaza, its flagship building.

Congratulations as well to the rest of the project team, including Architecture Research Office, JFK&M Engineering, and JRM Construction. Your efforts and contributions were invaluable to the success of this project.

Stay tuned for more updates on our work at 15 Beekman!
