DBI Projects is the foremost expert in charter school real estate and development projects, with capability to service charter schools nationally. For over a decade, DBI has been trusted with dozens of charter school projects, large and small. We have worked closely with large organizations like Uncommon Schools and KIPP, as well as smaller, single-school operators, to ensure that their facilities best support their educational missions. We understand the unique opportunities and constraints of the sector and have been refining our methodology and approach over the past 15 years.

Within our team of project managers, most are working on, or have worked on charter school projects, building comprehensive knowledge and experience within the firm. This experience has included managing ground-up developments, summer renovations and fit-outs, deferred maintenance projects, real estate strategy and searches, and many other diverse undertakings.
