St. Ann’s Warehouse Wins Design Awards

Over the last several weeks, St. Ann’s Warehouse – the Brooklyn theater completed in Fall 2015 – has garnered several important design awards for its innovative integration of the 19th century brick shell of a tobacco warehouse with contemporary design and materials.

Among St. Ann’s recent accolades are:

Municipal Art Society’s MASterworks Award for Best Adaptive Reuse, 2016
American Institute of Architects New York Chapter’s Architecture Honor Award
Architect’s Newspaper’s Best Adaptive Reuse of 2015
Urban Land Institute New York’s inaugural Excellence in Institutional Development award (which it co-won with the 9/11 Memorial Museum & Pavilion).
