Take a look inside Beaver Country Day School’s new 245 Woodland facility
As Owner’s Project Manager, DBI Projects’ Boston team successfully steered the renovation from project set-up through design, construction, and closeout.
The renovated space includes new classrooms and support spaces, a teaching kitchen, new restrooms, and flexible and modular furniture to customize the space. The primary focus of 245 Woodland is to cultivate programming that promotes leadership, innovation, and social action throughout the Beaver Country Day community. The school, located in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, is an independent school serving students in Grades 6-12.
In need of additional space to accommodate the growing school, Beaver Country Day engaged DBI Projects to manage the multi-phased renovation of this former residential building. Additionally, Beaver Country Day School relied on DBI’s active management of the project to meet critical milestones and align project stakeholders and school leadership behind one vision. All of our work was in collaboration with the full project team, including the project architect, Studio NDP, and Bald Hill Builders.
