Thank You, Summer 2025 Interns
DBI Projects wishes to congratulate our recent cohort of interns for their many accomplishments this summer. In June, we welcomed four interns to our project management, operations, and business development teams. Each of them lent their unique skills and backgrounds to support their teams and drive project success rates.
Chad Duke worked on DBI Projects’ residential portfolio, assisting Mo Diop and Elliot Slovis with coordinating access to resident units for construction crews and managing project communication between stakeholders and team members. Majoring in Business and Microeconomics at Purchase College, Chad is expected to graduate in 2026.
Crystal Romero supported the team managing an international portfolio of education facilities. Under the mentorship of Sarah Braginsky and Veronica Rendon, Crystal conducted searches for local vendors, reviewed design plans, and prepared project FF&E schedules. Crystal is studying Engineering at Binghamton College with an expected graduation date of 2028.
Jonah Metcalf worked with both the operations and business development teams inside DBI Projects. He is a Business Management major at Pace University with an expected graduation date of 2026.
Christian Norman assisted Jared Faske and Tim Kearin’s commercial and K-12 educational work. Christian is expected to graduate from Morehouse College in 2027 with a dual degree in Engineering and Industrial Engineering.
We appreciate all the hard work this group of individuals did for us this summer and wish them the best as they head back to campus for the fall semester!
