More than 60 friends and clients joined us at our office for the event, which included breakfast and an in-depth discussion on preparing for construction. DBI Projects Principal, James Neu, moderated the panel and presented from the perspective of an owner’s representative, and how we work with clients to best organize their finances, communications, and teams prior to the commencement of a successful project.
