Topping Out Boston’s First CLT Building

The first in the city to use cross-laminated timber, this building joins the growing list of multi-storied buildings around the world that have sought to capitalize on the material’s time-efficient and sustainable attributes.

The structure consists of two levels added to the top of a historic rivet factory and will accommodate the expansion of the largest nonprofit study abroad and intercultural exchange organization in the country.
