Ofer is a founding member of DBI, playing a key role in the company’s development and growth. His expertise in real estate and construction projects spans large capital programs, public-private partnerships, complex financial transactions, implementation of advanced design schemes and historic building repositioning. Ofer cultivates enduring partnerships through innovative solutions, directing developments in the United States and globally, from the World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan to historic sites in Rome, Paris and Berlin. His work encompasses numerous sectors, including education, student housing, residential, commercial, and surety projects with clients such as Pace University, Bard College, The Jewish National Fund-USA, CUNY, Newlab and Sompo International. Ofer serves on the board of trustees of the United Nations International School (UNIS) and is a member of the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) and the Philadelphia Surety Claims Association (PSCA).
