A Non-Profit Organization Expands its Headquarters in Gloucester
Action Inc. is a non-profit organization and Community Action Agency providing a wide range of supportive services on Cape Ann, including fuel assistance, energy efficiency programs, case management, housing assistance, homelessness prevention, job training, education, and affordable housing.
We partnered with Action Inc. when they were planning to renovate their corporate headquarters in Gloucester, MA. We helped them review their growth plans and come up with overall real estate advisory across their properties before continuing work on the renovation. The primary aim was to accommodate and consolidate existing staff and program needs as part of an organization-wide growth plan. We established space needs and preferred geography for staff and helped them through the design process.
We are actively managing the full renovation of their first floor, along with a light renovation of the second floor, roof, elevator and sidewalk waterproofing repairs at their headquarters – supporting our client in achieving their new space within the designated timeframe and budget.
