We worked with Clario, a clinical trial management company that has facilitated the market entry of over 800 new drugs, to optimize their global footprint. With approximately 6,000 employees across 30 locations in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, we supported Clario to expand their capacity in three key markets: Bengaluru,India; Budapest, Hungary; and San Jose, Costa Rica.

We oversaw the project, which encompasses planning, programming, and procuring of new facilities in Budapest and San Jose. Additionally, we evaluated market conditions and managed the programming, redesign, and renovation of Clario’s existing site in Bengaluru.

From initial planning and market research to fit-out and move-in, we supported Clario at every stage of the process.
