Located in Central Harlem, this seven-building apartment complex is undergoing significant capital improvements, including Local Law 11/FISP work, elevator modernization, and upgrades to intercom, access controls, and building security systems. Our client engaged DBI due to our extensive experience managing campus-style projects across New York City.

Our role includes reviewing and monitoring project cash flow, budget, and schedule, while representing our client’s real estate interests in meetings with other investors in the property and their project teams. These efforts ensure that all improvements – from façade repairs to modernization of building systems – are delivered efficiently and align with our client’s investment objectives.
