The redevelopment of the former Chicago Main Post Office building was historic in its scale and transformation of the 2.5 million-sf conversion of the 100-year-old light industrial facility into modern, commercial office space. DBI was engaged as the LP owner’s representative to assess and monitor the development, and represent the interest of the client.
