The new 85,000-sf middle school and high school serves Boston families with an award-winning instructional model focused on supporting students’ academic and personal growth. DBI Projects has supported the development since initial conceptual planning, project set up and team assembly, coordination of design, budget, and schedule development, public bid process management, and oversight of construction.

As the project is ongoing, DBI will remain actively involved as the OPM through punch list, Clerk of the Works, entitlements, and project closeout towards successful delivery of the completed facilities for the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year.
