Supporting An Important Community Organization To Expand Their Reach
We supported St. John’s Bread & Life, a non-profit organization committed to combatting poverty, to manage a comprehensive project involving the establishment of a soup kitchen and community center. From the outset, we navigated through the intricate phases, starting with an exhaustive real estate search, into design and construction. Our role encompassed numerous tasks, including negotiating the legal framework, orchestrating contract agreements, and overseeing the seamless sale process. We managed the design team, ensuring cohesion and efficiency throughout the entirety of the construction process.
A few years later, with the initial project complete, St. John’s Bread & Life reengaged our expertise to spearhead additional renovations and secure essential city funding for the exciting phase II capital project.
