John leads DBI’s Surety Practice and is a seasoned construction professional with over 25 years of experience providing surety consulting services to a variety of developers, contractors, Fortune 500 companies, attorneys and Sureties. John has an extensive track record in construction and project management, project design and development, cost to complete evaluation and budget tracking, contract claims and dispute resolution, project status evaluation and recovery strategy development. John’s projects have included Infrastructure & Transportation, Retail, Office, Restaurant, Healthcare, Education, Aviation, Hospitality, Multifamily Housing, and Sports Facilities, in both Public and Private sector markets.  John has provided expert testimony in several dispute resolution matters related to project management, construction defects, project delay and completion responsibilities. Having worked on projects throughout the country, John and the DBI Surety Consulting team are well equipped to serve clients nationally. John is a Certified Construction Auditor (CCA) and Certified Construction Controls Professional (CCP).
