Ricky has a diverse background in real estate development and architecture. He efficiently oversees project tasks from feasibility studies to design processes, including ground-up construction and renovations. His talent for managing complex site logistics plans has allowed him to emerge as a leader in DBI’s K-12 school project division. He has delivered portfolios for organizations such as Democracy Prep, Hebrew Public, and Success Academy as well as collaborating with a diverse range of non-profit organizations to devise ongoing real estate strategies. Ricky is an Associate Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
