Join Workshop on Facility Strategies for Charter Schools

Join James Neu of DBI Projects and industry-leading brokerage OPEN Impact Real Estate for this in-person charter school facilities management workshop, hosted by the NYC Charter School Center, designed to help schools strategize on procuring and developing affordable private facilities.

All charter school leaders are welcome. Attendees will learn how to leverage charters while transferring risk to the developer. Other topics covered will include facilities team assembly, affordability evaluation, managing negotiations, and effective project management.

The event will take place on Tuesday, March 14th from 9-11am, in-person at the NYC Charter School Center.
