Newlab is Open

Newlab – an interdisciplinary space designed to support entrepreneurs working in emerging technologies such as robotics, artificial intelligence, and connected devices – was the result of a close public-private partnership. The project was led by Macro Sea in close collaboration with the DBI Projects team led by David Belt and James Neu with Jordan Barr, Ben Disney and Crystal Miranda-Miller.

Since opening, several tenants have moved in and the long vacant former shipbuilding facility is once again humming with activity.
