Expanding Our Residential Portfolio

The Sheffield Condominium (photographed), situated on 57th Street overlooking Central Park, was originally designed as a high-end rental property before its conversion into almost 1,000,000-sf of ultra-luxury condos in 2005. To maintain the ongoing quality of this luxury real estate, the building requires continuous maintenance and improvements, thus engaging us to ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption to the residents.

Gouverneur Gardens Housing Corp is a multi-building affordable housing cooperative located on the Lower East Side. With significant capital improvement projects underway, they have entrusted us to manage the process while maintaining close control over the overall schedule and budget, as well as extensive logistics management.

Having worked with residential clients since 2019 and completed over 30 projects in the residential sector, we are eager to begin these new projects.
