Works Begins at Kips Bay Towers Condominium

The luxury condominium buildings were designed by I.M. Pei and feature classic elements of mid-century modern design. The community of over 1,000 units engaged DBI Projects to oversee Local Law 126 improvements to the condo’s parking structure in addition to managing renovations to common area corridors throughout the development.

Our team is responsible for navigating phasing and scheduling work with building occupants to keep residents informed and disruption to daily operations minimal. DBI Projects is also responsible for managing the project teams and ensuring that they meet key milestones in accordance with the overall project timeline.
