25 Broadway & 1 State Street Office Properties

At the client’s landmarked 1920s building at 25 Broadway, designed by Benjamin Wistar Morris and Carrère & Hastings, we are managing numerous capital projects. Most recently, we managed three fit-outs for turn-key tenant occupancy, spanning multiple floors. This work also included overseeing base building improvements, tenant fit-out, and code compliance scope.

At the 1960s tower at One State Street, we recently led the management of 70,000 sq ft of various turn-key fit-outs to office space across multiple floors. In parallel, we are overseeing a series of base-building updates. This includes extensive renovations to the base-building elevators, the addition of a penthouse elevator and penthouse amenity space, subcellar renovations and improvements, and plaza improvements to the building’s privately-owned public space.
