An Energetic SCUP North Atlantic Conference in Boston
Thank you to the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) for an insightful and energetic North Atlantic Conference in Boston.
We kicked things off bright and early on Monday morning with our presentation of Pace University’s 15 Beekman alongside co-presenters Ibi Yolas, LEED AP, Adam Yarinsky, and Kai Pedersen, AIA. It was an engaged audience who asked great questions about this unique university project and the vertical campus typology.
As the conference progressed we were glad to attend multiple diverse sessions. We particularly enjoyed the Institute for Human Centered Design and Ellenzweig’s session on inclusive design for STEM learning environments, the session was thought-provoking and full of important knowledge.
As an added bonus, attendees from our NYC team enjoyed visiting our Boston team’s new location, as they recently relocated to a spacious new office within the Pledge Building in Back Bay area of the city.
Thanks to everyone we met for a wonderful time and we look forward to the Annual Conference in Philadelphia this July.
