Project Executive, Head of Training
Renelle joined DBI ten years ago as an Assistant Project Manager and we are delighted to see her grow into a well-deserved role as Project Executive. Over her time at DBI, Renelle has made a lasting impact on her projects and clients, and her invaluable efforts, coupled with her commitment to clients, truly embody the DBI values of hungry, humble, and smart.

Since joining DBI four years ago, Rob has been an enthusiastic member of the team who has played a key role in the firm’s continued success and development. Rob has demonstrated a remarkable contribution at The Cooper Union, and in developing emerging sectors for the firm, proving himself to be an invaluable asset to his clients and team members.

Jared Faske
Project Manager
Jared is a hard-working member of the DBI team, fostering ongoing client relationships and working on a variety of complex projects. His work with the Wolfson Group, managing multiple ongoing projects across two of their downtown assets, has proven his commitment and ability to achieve results. With his capacity to learn and willingness to take on new challenges, Jared is a valued member of the team.

Javier Villao
Project Manager
Javier’s exceptional work at Cooper Union, coupled with his dedication to going above and beyond during the recent renovation of Ansche Chesed Synagogue, has clearly demonstrated a dedication to his work and clients. His positive attitude is infectious and never ceases to make the team smile. We eagerly look forward to Javier’s continued success with his current clients and upcoming work on the Universal Hip Hop Museum in Bronx Point.

Sarah is a key member of the DBI team. She is currently working with CIEE, the largest study abroad non-profit in the US, managing over 30 of their assets across the globe. Sarah’s work ethic and ability to manage a large portfolio of projects have showcased her remarkable organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail. Sarah’s confident and optimistic demeanor leaves a positive and lasting impact on everyone she works alongside.
