Celebrating the Opening of Leadership Prep School in Frisco, Texas

DBI Projects proudly partnered with Leadership Prep to steer the successful completion of this exciting ground-up development alongside Crossland Construction, Envision Architects & Planners, and Inspire Engineers. DBI provided third-party project management and oversight of the design-build process to help realize LPS’s vision.

Having broken ground in October of 2024, we knew it would be a feat to be able to open in August 2025, but working alongside great partners such as Crossland Construction and all the various vendors involved, was key to making this project a success.” shared Bryce Beckwith, Head of DBI Projects Texas.

Navigating an aggressive project schedule and unique challenges presented by tariffs, site utilities, and stringent city requirements were part and parcel to the value DBI Projects was able to bring to the project team and the school.

The project addresses the educational needs and demand of the growing Frisco community. The new 50,000-sf facility features innovative learning and recreation spaces including state of the art classrooms, a fully-equipped gymnasium, music, art, and leadership classrooms, a modern library that supports hands-on project-based learning opportunities, and a regulatory-sized turf soccer & flag football field.
