DBI Projects Completes 20 School Projects this Summer

This year, we proudly celebrate the completion of over 20 projects for 8 different K-12 school networks across the country. These endeavors welcomed over 10,000 students back to their classrooms for the commencement of the school year earlier this month.

The first week of school is always a rewarding one for our team. It means a lot to us to see students and teachers occupying their new and updated facilities as well as over time learning of the positive effects these schools have on their communities. Some highlights from this summer were the completion of three major ground-up new facilities, the gut renovation of a 100-year-old building for Brooklyn Prospect Charter School’s International Elementary School, which achieved TCO 2.5 weeks ahead of schedule, a facility renovation in New Jersey, and a number of rapid-turnaround summer upgrade projects!

At DBI Projects, our commitment to delivering meaningful projects involves a strong focus on K-12 facilities. Currently, we are undertaking nearly 60 projects, for 20 different school networks. DBI has been trusted with school projects large and small all over the state of New York and beyond. We collaborate with public and independent schools nationwide, to ensure that their facilities best support their educational missions. We understand the unique opportunities and constraints of the sector and have been refining our methodology and approach over the past decade.
