Fast Company included the DBI Projects-developed residences at Bard College Berlin as an example of good student housing in their latest story, demonstrating how colleges and universities can pull off well-designed spaces despite challenging market conditions by working with the right partners.
DBI managing partner Ofer Ohad spoke to Fast Company’s Nate Berg on creating curated student residences in complete contrast to the pervasive tradition of housing students in small, uninviting spaces.
DBI led the Bard College Berlin Student Residences project from its inception, working thoughtfully with design architect Civilian and our partners in Berlin to thoughtfully deliver a tight-knit, immersive campus community that adds to students’ educational experiences.
