Success Looks Like Me: Ricky Gautier participates in Brooklyn Lab Charter School’s career day

The event included numerous Black and Brown professionals across various industries to speak to students and expose them to the nature of their work.
Ricky was there as a representative of the architecture, engineering, and construction sector, and as a model and example of a successful leader in the industry for students who look like him. Since joining DBI Projects in 2017, Ricky’s talent for managing complex projects has allowed him to emerge as a leader in DBI’s K-12 practice. Additionally, Ricky serves as a member of Brooklyn Lab Charter School’s Board of Trustees.
