Annandale Campus Student Residences

We partnered with Bard College, to expand and modernize their student housing offering on the Annandale, New York campus.

We worked closely with the college to establish a private public partnership, facilitating the delivery of 450 student housing beds and a student center across five buildings on a 6.5-acre site. Leading the financing, entitlements, and design process, we collaborated with the project architects, Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) to deliver a high quality and affordable development for the College.

From the outset of the project, we have worked as the College’s development manager to structure, procure, and close on financing that would strategically meet Bard’s short- and long-term needs, not only to fund this student housing project but also other campus improvements.

We are overseeing the development, scheduled to open in the Fall of 2025.
