DBI has been hired by The Sheffield Condominiums to oversee the execution of capital improvements to the Manhattan ultra-luxury residence.
The building overlooks Central Park from its prestigious location on West 57th Street. To maintain the ongoing quality of this luxury real estate, the building requires continuous maintenance and improvements, thus engaging us to ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption to the residents.
Currently, we are managing the building’s holistic roof replacement involving construction administration, schedule management, and close-out including construction, financial and public agency oversight. DBI has been especially successful in managing construction activity to a level that would not disrupt regular building activities, keeping noise complaints minimal and proactively communicating systems downtime to the condo Board and building residents.
