Jordan leads DBI’s arts and culture portfolio and contributes across the firm’s higher education projects. He excels in navigating complex project funding scenarios, including from local, state and federal sources, and working with clients to tie their organizational mission to capital project execution. Jordan’s commitment to clients is evident in the key roles he played in the realization of legacy projects such as the Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC) at the World Trade Center, Newlab at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, and St. Ann’s Warehouse, and now for The Hip Hop Museum, The Performing Arts Lab at Bard College and the Sands College of Performing Arts at Pace University. A registered architect and active AIA and ULI member, Jordan extends his service ethos to Gibney Dance, for which he’s an active member of the board of directors.
