Newlab’s Flagship Nears Completiong at the Brooklyn Navy Yard

Construction on the 84,000 square foot former shipbuilding facility proceeds apace; the metal deck floor of the mezzanine, first stair and the passenger elevator have been installed; framing and ductwork installation were recently completed; and sheetrock, door and window installation is well underway. DBI is incredibly excited to be able to welcome the public to Newlab when the project opens in early summer 2016.
