Rob Krynicki Promoted to Project Director

Since joining DBI Projects in 2019, Rob has been a reliable advocate and project manager for his clients, overseeing complex and challenging construction processes and delivering them on time and within budget. Recently, Rob has been instrumental in growing DBI Projects’ residential portfolio, working with condo and coop boards to manage code compliance work, LL 11 / FISP projects, and campus-wide capital improvements, like the work he and his team are doing at the Kips Bay Towers Condominium in Manhattan.
