Hunter College Student Residences Study

Hunter College engaged us for a multi-site feasibility study to analyze the expansion of the College’s housing portfolio in New York City.

The study addressed the financial parameters surrounding long-term leases for the college, alongside a detailed space planning exercise to optimize occupancy density and student amenities. We engaged with the private sector stakeholders, advocating for the College’s needs and ensuring an advantageous outcome.

Our responsibilities also included developing project budget and schedule options, researching the local housing market, and determining the demand for student beds in the area.

Our work aided Hunter College in making an informed decision on the preferred development scenario.
